IDEAL HEALTH CARE AND CHEMICALS EAST AFRICA LTD

Ideal Health Care And Chemicals East Africa Limited was incorporated on 4th December 2004 as a limited liability company by the registrar of companies at BRELA offices in  Dar es salaam.

The main objects of the company are to carry on the business of professional Health care promoters, specialists in Health, veterinary and human pharmaceuticals and foodstuff, Hospital, dispensary, clinic and businesses and trades incidental, analogues, similar there to, required to be and or capable of being carried on in conjunction there with.

The company opened an animal feed wholesale outlet at Levolose in Arusha Town in January 2004 which  distributed poultry Pharmaceuticals and  day old chicks for          ken chic  ltd- the Kenyan based hatchery which is the  largest  hatchery in East and Central Africa. 

In the year 2009, due to demand the company started the Arusha wellness Clinic, a wholeness herbal and nutritional supplement center. Demand for wellness treatment rose sharply and the clinic was moved to Moshi YMCA to tap on the growing demand in the Kilimanjaro and Tanga regions. The center is today serving and average of 10 patients per day and is managed  by a highly professional team led by Dr Sarah Rose Said. The center is soon moving into more specious premises as the space at YMCA can no longer accommodate the growing clientele. 

In the year 2011, the company helped in the formation of Umoja Wa Wafugaji wa Kuku Arusha (UWAKUKI) a  poultry farmers network group that promotes poultry keeping as a profitable business venture.

Through (UWAKUKI) the company has trained more than 2000 poultry keepers in Arusha city  and its environs. 

The company sold the poultry and feed division in order to  concentrate on health care and human nutrition

The company is currently sponsored by shareholders equity. The, shareholders are committed indigenous Africans of good social standing and reputation who have over time invested substantial time, effort and resources in the company and have overseen its growth to its current position enabling the company to maintain a good track record in development,t social responsibility  and profitability.  

 

Ideal Health Care Wellness Centres will not slow its effort to enhance proper health, curb malnutrition and poverty in Africa till the specified objective and goals have been achieved, in Africa and later, the world at large.

Research and developments continues so as to establish more ways of dealing with the challenges of Africa specifically those cited in this document.
